Mom Life: Back-to-School Edition

The kids are back in school after a fun, activity-filled summer! Time for Mom to take some time for herself and practice some self-care. This group will explore the ups and downs of motherhood and explore various struggles and coping skills that we can utilize while raising children. This group will run for 3 consecutive Thursdays (9/7, 9/14, 9/21). Limited spots available! Contact Allison to snag yours.
