As clinicians and other professional continue to work to understand mental health conditions and find effective treatments, it is important to explore both the impact of mental health on overall health and the role of healthy eating patterns in the treatment of mental health conditions. In this group, we will be exploring our habits around food, how it effects our mental health, and changes we can make to live happier + healthier lives.
